What if I forgot my password?
Click the “Recover Lost Password” link on the My Account login page. Enter your email address and click “Retrieve Password.”
Your password will be emailed to you. Once you login, you can change your password at any time.

How do I reset my Wi-Fi password in My Account?
To change your Wi-Fi password, log in to My Account via the Bluewave homepage.
In My Account, click on Account Detail. When your details screen appears, find the Internet icon on the left-hand side.
Click on the Actions button in that box, and scroll down to Manage My Wi-Fi. The new screen will give you the option to change your password or Wi-Fi network names.
How do I reset my TV Everywhere password in My Account?
To change your TV Everywhere password, log in to My Account via the Bluewave homepage.
In My Account, click on ‘Manage My Services’.
On the ‘My Services Overview’ page, click on the blue Digital Cable icon.
Scroll down and click on the ‘Access TV Everywhere’ tile.
On the ‘Manage TV Everywhere Access’ page, click on the blue ‘Edit’ button on the right.
Enter the new password for your TV Everywhere account and click ‘Save Changes.’
