Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB)
To apply for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program, please follow the steps below.
Bluewave Communications strongly encourages members to use MyAccount for the most efficient enrollment process.
Step 1: Visit the National Verifier to confirm your eligibility for the EBB program. Please note this is a third-party government website that is experiencing delays due to a high volume of traffic. HTC is not able to assist in this verification process.
Once you receive confirmation that your National Verifier Application has been approved, return to MyAccount or this webpage to complete your enrollment process. You must complete this step first. Bluewave cannot enroll you in this program if you have not completed this step.
Step 2: Once you have received your National Verifier Application ID, use your Bluewave MyAccount to complete the enrollment process in the most efficient manner. If you do not have MyAccount, use the webform below, and accept all terms and conditions to enroll in the EBB program through Bluewave.
